OK I went with our original host but I have moved the server over to the NY data center. I also changed the mod, you will notice some changes and yes it wont be the same as before, but if the lag and CI's are gone then I think the change will be worth it. The mod is the same base mod as the MW2 server just without the MW2 and Killstreaks. Yes the screen layout will look different and there is no defrost bar going across the screen but you're still defrosting them. Yes two people can defrost someone at 1 time, each person is given 10 points for every 20% of defrost they do, so if you do a complete defrost by yourself you will get 50 points I have all the custom maps from the old server plus 2 new custom maps and 2 stock maps, Broadcast and Crossfire. Please before you go jump off the deep end and say your not playing this mod, go in and try it out for a couple maps and see how it feels after a few maps or days of playing it. I remember when the Old mod came out people said the mod was shit, but now look at it. I also changed the name around to maybe stop an attack that is just looking for our name, I know it probably wont help but I want to try it anyways. They have nothing setup in the game for spawn protection. I do agree they need something added, like a 3 - 5 sec spawn protection so you can get your barrings when you spawn.

This has happened to a couple people now, phantom is working on the problems

Ive been watching it most of the day today and it seems better but not perfect, there are still a couple lag spikes here and there, I'm not sure if they are causing CI's on the server. I will be monitoring this all weekend and fixing it as the problems pop up

The host sees the problem now and is on it to fix it. Just need to wait now.....

I have added 5 shotgun only maps and 2 pistol only maps For the map with the loud sounds I took it out of rotation for now Hope you enjoy let me know of any issues

I see the server is still fucking up at times! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I will try out some other stuff and see if it'll help

I've updated the mod with a newer version of the ACE mod, everything should be the same in terms of weapons and gameplay, I am hoping that LAG and CI's will stop now with this new mod.

BF3 players we need your opinion on adding a new server. Do you want a TDM server? If so do you want it without vehicles more like a COD game or with vehicles like the servers are now? What size server do you want? Or do you wanna keep the servers the way they are now?

mp_eerier is back in the rotation. I made some more changes to the mod, lets hope it reduces the CI's in the server

CHKN a few weeks back lot of us asked for eerie map, it is now in rotation, but it was mp_eerier that we wanted, not mp_eerie can we change this ? plz, most players loved it. anyway thanks for the new rotation and all. i just hope we could once for all figure all the lag, wich is the most important issues with the server. it all started in june like i said this summer already, and the lag still there since any news on this ? I will see if I can find that eerier and get that in, well the lag is the best its gonna get on Freezetag 1, I have tried two different servers and for most from what I am hearing is the lag is very minimal on the new Freezetag 1 server.

Couple of the maps are pretty big so I would use the downloader if your download is slow
