I have been informed of this spot on the Meanstreet map that is up for question if its as glitch or now. This is where you can get on top of one of the buildings by jumping on the post from the balcony then to the roof. I had a couple guys bring me in there and show me it. This will not be considered a glitch, once you are up there and cant not see through anything so its like the map maker actually did want you to get up there. Admins and players please do not accuse people of glitching in this spot. Thanks and sorry for the confusion on this.

That is why I offered to give access to the server to the appropriate people. I would give full access to it through GameServers. Thank you for the quick response and I fully understand. Give me a day to ask about this and I will get back to you. Thank you for offering the server up to us!
