  8. Good post. Take a look at these verses: Isaiah 14: 12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. 15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. 16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; 17 That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? Given the time these words were written, the idea that the present age is the only age seems to be challenged here. Our human ancestors go back much farther than we think. Remember, God seems time in a different way: 2 Peter 3:8-9 8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 9. I think it all boils down to what interests you. Growing up in Florida, I wanted to enter the Bermuda Triangle and see it for myself. Crossing the Gulf Stream was rough but the rest of the trip was uneventful. Today, the area still remains a curiosity to those of us who like a good mystery. I say let people be curious if they wish to be. As far as the spiritual world goes, I just remember this verse: Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things. If you feel like looking for Bigfoot as a hobby, I say more power to you. If you wish to search for the Yeti, knock yourself out. Just be sure to leave the LandSharks be.

  11. It's sad that before people rally around someone, they don't take the time to get to KNOW who he is. Totally agree with Pete's comment. The guy is a bigot. Haters always tend to draw quick crowds, but their message (no matter how well planned) goes back to who they really are. This guy is not a revolutionary, he has been stealing land for years. Our country is need of leadership, but this guy isn't it.
  12. I love the New Orleans Jazz mixed with Clapton's legendary guitar. Great stuff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cBdEteQGQg[/youtube]
