Let's see if any bleeding heart liberals object to a joke about Italians. Probably not, they are not enough of a minority.

Well my personal favorite for the moment, Rick Perry, is certainly outspoken. Speaking of the Fed chief Bernanke; If this guy prints more money between now and the election, I dunno what y’all would do to him in Iowa but we would treat him pretty ugly down in Texas. Printing more money to play politics at this particular time in American history is almost treasonous in my opinion. I have no problem with that. I do like this comment he made about Obama: “The president had the opportunity to serve his country I’m sure, at some time, and he made the decision that that wasn’t what he wanted to do,” That was a shot of the lack of military service by Obama. Good for Perry to slam Obama and Obama's probable lack of support from our military. Of course Perry does not like Bush either. As for his talk about secession and Texas I just chalk it up as rhetoric to make a point. His dialogue may be acceptable with conservatives but I suspect liberals will rip his butt. I am surprised I have not seen his secession comments manipulated out of context and connected to racial bias since secession could be most associated with the pre-civil war south. Anyway, at this point he still is my candidate.

Judge Judy to Prostitute:"When did you realize you were raped?" Prostitute (wiping awaytears): "When the check bounced." The American Public willsoon reach the same conclusion!

I noticed a very Dark Horse came in fourth, Rick Santorum. Very conservative and do not give him much of a chance but he could land on someones ticket as a VP candidate.

For the moment I am very pleased to see Perry has joined the race. Unfortunately it is reality that personality and charisma trumps ability in our Presidential elections. Perry is well noted for his speaking and debating abilities, I hope it's enough to win the primary and then give Obama a boot in the butt out the door of the White House. http://www.cnn.com/2011/POLITICS/08/13/perry/index.html?hpt=hp_t1 Curious about what our Texans think of him.

Yeah I saw that on the news the other day. The towns water supply has dried up and they aren't getting any help from FEMA or anywhere else. So the are mixing it with what little potable water is left and filtering it a bazillions times. They are sending all your aid money to Somalia.

I am supposed to come to Texas on business visiting the Dallas, Longview, Navasota and Houston areas. I am trying to make excuses until the weather breaks. Can't say I like Texas and I certainly do not like hot weather. BTW, I hear some Texan's are going to be drinking recycled poop and pee. I heard one guy say at least he will get to drink his beer twice. http://ecocentric.blogs.time.com/2011/08/10/breaking-the-taboo-on-toilet-to-tap/

I have edited my post at the request of an Admin but I suspect my edit may also be displeasing but true. I do find the sensitivities shown here in response to my post and a previous one by Wolf to be excessive and IMHO totally unreasonable. Especially since the were posted in a "Joke" thread. I would hope none of the objectors subscribe to any pay channels such as HBO or Showtime. But it's your "Adult" server and I will respect the requests of members and Admins but as an individual I have to admit I find the "political correctness" to be less than I would expect on an "Adult" site where language with the F Bomb is certainly "Adult".

This morning I went tosign my dogs up for welfare. At first the lady said, "Dogs are not eligible to draw welfare." So I explained to herthat my dogs Are: *- Deleted* *- Unemployed *- Lazy *-Can't speak English *-Have no frigging cluewho their Daddy's are. *-They expect me to feedthem, provide them with housing and medical care. So she looked in herpolicy book to see what it takes to qualify. My dogs get their firstchecks on Friday. Damn, this is a great country! Edited by me at the request of Admin to satisfy the sensitivities of some offended persons. Had I used a singular phrase in line one it actually would have been more offensive but numerically more accurate by Bureau of Labor statistics.

Just an observation and nothing more. The British police have handled these rioters with kids gloves, very hesitant to make offensive type moves to stop the rioting and destruction of property. Very different from how the British have handled mobs in other countries, for example Ireland. And before anyone accuses me of being an Irish sympathizer let me say I consider the IRA a terrorist organization. The Irish are only used for example purposes.

hackeklaus its not only because he got shoot, there are many things that make them go crazy. for an example the uk goverment reduced the money for youth-helping-project (or however u call that) for about 65%. before they had nothing and now they have even less. stupid capitalism is destroying the whole world. i bet this isnt the last riot based on a govermentsausterity. Perhaps this is also a result of a liberal society. Governments have given away so much welfare aid and assorted freebies that they come to be expected by a society not motivated to work for a living. It's well known that welfare breeds welfare and unemployment checks can breed continued unemployment. It is very easy for people to get used to living on freebies. Now when we are in a financial economic crisis just listen to the pigs squeal if their freebies are cut. They would rather tax the working class to make up for the shortage so they can continue to live on government subsistence. I understand some welfare is warranted and deserved but it is a system that is abused by the multitude contributing to the economic crisis. Someone explain to me how a person collecting welfare can turn down any low level job such as working at a MacDonalds. If a welfare recipient turns down a job or refuses to actively seek employment at the very least the minimum wage for a week should be deducted from their weekly benefits. Some people just think they are too good to sweep a floor. I believe PA unemployment benefits can be as much as $400.00 per week and last for a year. Naturally much depends on earnings before layoff. Fortunately I have not had to test those waters for many years.

Pondscumz The US papers aren't saying. Are these riots racial or class based? Neither, just people being a-holes.

I hate to admit it but my she does have talent to go along with the funk.

It started with a protest about the shooting and then deteriorated into low life's using any excuse to riot and stealing. Most of the rioters could care less about the shooting or who got killed or why. Many of them probably have no clue. Assholes taking advantage of circumstances to riot and steal can be found anywhere. I'll end with looters of material possessions should be shot on sight. In situations like New Orleans or Japan I could understand looting essentials in order to survive.

Spoil the heck out of them and have some fun times. It helps build lifelong memories.

I really could care less about what weapons players use or if they hop or not. If the server allows it is the only guideline that needs to be followed. That does not say that some things do not affect my personal opinion of a player. If a player hops constantly I have no respect at all for them as a good player. It's an old school mentality that goes back to when bunny hopping was frowned upon. But again, it is only my opinion which should not really matter to anyone. So in my mind if you are a constant hopper I think much less of you as a player and losing to you does not really matter. But again, it's only my opinion and should not matter to any hopper and losing to you does not matter to me because I don't respect you as a player. PS: I also recognize that my style of play, run and gun with SMG's, may also not be respected by others. So be it. It's my choice and within the rules of the game.

I will be the first to admit that we here in the states are terrible recyclers. I do try my best but even at my house it is a chore to keep my guests from just throwing recyclable material in the regular trash. Shame of it is our trash collectors have made real easy. Before we needed to separate glass, plastic and paper, now we can just put it all into one recycle container and they sort it out at the facility. There is just no excuse not to recycle.

I sort of got a kick out of it because I made a lot of spending money returning used soda bottles to the store for the bottle refund. Well, it was a lot from a kid's point of view.

The Green Thing In the line at the store, thecashier told an older woman that she should bring her own grocery bags becauseplastic bags weren't good for the environment. The woman apologized to him andexplained, "We didn't have the green thing back in my day." The clerk responded, "That's our problem today.Your generation did not care enough to save our environment." He was right -- our generationdidn't have the green thing in its day. Back then, we returned milkbottles, soda bottles and beer bottles to the store. The store sent them backto the plant to be washed and sterilized and refilled, so it could use the samebottles over and over. So they really were recycled. But we didn't have the greenthing back in our day. We walked up stairs, because wedidn't have an escalator in every store and office building. We walked to thegrocery store and didn't climb into a 300-horsepower machine every time we hadto go two blocks. But she was right. We didn'thave the green thing in our day. Back then, we washed the baby'sdiapers because we didn't have the throw-away kind. We dried clothes on a line, not in an energy gobbling machine burning up 220 volts -- wind and solar powerreally did dry the clothes. Kids got hand-me-down clothes from their brothersor sisters, not always brand-new clothing But that old lady is right; we didn'thave the green thing back in our day. Back then, we had one TV, orradio, in the house -- not a TV in every room. And the TV had a small screenthe size of a handkerchief (remember them?), not a screen the size of the stateof Montana. In the kitchen, we blended andstirred by hand because we didn't have electric machines to do everything forus. When we packaged a fragile itemto send in the mail, we used a wadded up old newspaper to cushion it, notStyrofoam or plastic bubble wrap. Back then, we didn't fire up anengine and burn gasoline just to cut the lawn. We used a push mower that ran onhuman power. We exercised by working so we didn't need to go to a health clubto run on treadmills that operate on electricity. But she's right; we didn't havethe green thing back then. We drank from a fountain when wewere thirsty instead of using a cup or a plastic bottle every time we had adrink of water. We refilled writing pens withink instead of buying a new pen, and we replaced the razor blades in a razorinstead of throwing away the whole razor just because the blade got dull. But we didn'thave the green thing back then. Back then, people took thestreetcar or a bus and kids rode their bikes to school or walked instead ofturning their moms into a 24-hour taxi service. We had one electrical outlet ina room, not an entire bank of sockets to power a dozen appliances. And wedidn't need a computerized gadget to receive a signal beamed from satellites2,000 miles out in space in order to find the nearest pizza joint.. But isn'tit sad the current generation laments how wasteful we old folks were justbecause we didn't have the green thing back then? Pleaseforward this on to another selfish old person who needs a lesson inconservation from a smartass young person. The GreenThing
