oh and the big kicker of all of it comcast cable has their cables burried in my fathers front yard ( they now offer 30 meg) but they wont offer us cable bc we arent in their service area lol I think my backhoe will accidentally hit their line that they burried on the property and tell them sorry but their cable isnt safe and it will keep getting cut until they put us a tap on for out troubles

well we went to court today. The judge said we didnt prove that we didnt use excessive amounts, but they were no longer looking to raise our rent just evict us so we got evicted exactly what we wanted but he only gave us 2 1/2 weeks not 30 days so that sucks but in the end they think they won but we got what we wanted no rent to be paid in april so yay AND that sucks lol
