My son has a chipped XBOX and he buys pirate games very cheap yes i know it's wrong, this week in Britain they have blocked millions of players with chipped XBOX's from playing online and banned them, what a coincidence the week MW2 comes out they decide to clamp down on a practice that has been going on for years.

Nice story LittleToot thats just the sort of thing we would do in Britain ie bend over backwards for them and then give them a pension because we have hurt their precious feelings, and as for his certain times to pray, that's only when it suits them to cause disruption, i bet they don't all stop to pray in Afghanistan when they are in the process of murdering our brave soldiers.

I agree with Bud i think we should remove the vent channel, why should we give space on our website to something that is'nt giving us the time of day. Once more i will say enough please about how great the game is, i hope the majority of XI members stay true to their word and resist buying it. Lets put it into perspective, i am quite willing to believe that it is an excellent game but all of this buying frenzy and massive sales is mostly down to the hype and the slick advertising that makes people think that they can't live without it, and lets face it all this hype for this game as only come about because COD4 was a great game and apart from a few new weapons and maps etc is it going to be really different. I was thinking yesterday ( yes it bloody hurt my brain ) of the reason i play on our servers, not because of some fantastic new game but because of what we already have, that is good admins good people/players and great fun and good craic on our many servers, you just have to look at the COD2 servers all well populated for a very old game the players go on there to play against their pals and have great time, not for some over-hyped over-priced game. After saying all of this i hope infinity ward sees the error of their ways in the near future and relent on the dedicated servers but until then i can't see me wasting my money on a company that is treating us like dirt.

Just remembered something that Wildthing really really loves, when he is frozen he likes you to throw flash grenades in his face, oh how it makes him so jolly and very happy, and don't worry about all the naughty swear words that he will aim in your general direction that's just his way of showing how much he loves it.

Please no more news about MW2 unless it's really bad news, one thing i don't want is people telling me how great it is, i hope it's full of bugs.

It must have happened fairly recently Mongrel because i was playing yesterday afternoon and some of the lads were asking if the flamethrowers could be made as powerful as they used to be a few months ago..ie if you get hit with one you aint going to be able to run around and carry on fighting, it should be a one hit kill weapon i think.
