Yes but you have to get the same version you have. Backup every thing Vista has a backup program that works well if you have a spare drive. UPDATE your intel chipset for your M/B. There have been some problems with old intel divers

turn off the PhysX. cod crysis don't use it. And it causes crashes. If that does not work swich the cards turn off sli and see if the problems show up. You might have a bad card COD4 reinstall the game save your profile

MONGRELXI When I find places like that I let others know. There is onemap you can get inside the tank turrets and not be seen. If someone asks me how I got there I tell them to make things all equal. Before installing the game right click on the cod.exe file check run in xp mode. Then install and it should work
