One clan in particular [RAGE] is doing this alot. They end up dominating because the first round ends up being 9 on 5-6 as they switch sides to be on one side. Makes it a bit frustrating for the other players as we wait for other players to join. Sometimes its the second round of play before it evens up then its too late. It's one group of guys (RAGE clan) that does it. I only have a problem with it when their switching leads to unbalanced teams in the game, since autobalance doesn't seem to be enabled. If you see this happening give them a kick and a reason for the kick. If they keep doing it more than say 3 times well then get rid of em and have them come and appeal. This should help as when you enter the game puts you on a side and you cant change to the other side. If it doesnt work just shoot me a pm. It is only set to auto balance at the begining of the map. I believe Suntzu fixed it by turning off the choice team and it should auto assign everyone to teams keeping them balanced. I meant that that's all we needed, not kicking and banning. I completely understand mofo's point, we play mostly for fun, and some people, like the RAGE clan come in with the goal to win. But at the end of the map, it's usually an XI member and other players topping the leaderboard, rarely is it the same player or players placing in the top 3 each map. We have started to get some really good players in the server over the last month or so, and sometimes they piss me off to no end because I'm, at best, an average player. But, the competition makes me a better, if sometimes frustrated, player. We have also started to get a group of regulars who are coming on our server every night to play, and I think that kicking and banning for minor problems, like 3 clanmates playing on the same team, sends a bad message about our server to those other players. If the RAGE guys (let's face it, that's who we are talking about) are kicking our ass, maybe we should work on better XI teamplay, not kicking them from our server. Just my $.02.
