All I can offer is that if this is something new, on the same system, than either a system driver is shaky, or a piece of hardware is failing. If it affects other programs, it's hardware. If it's only games, it's likely driver-related. Awards

Download it, write it to a disk and boot from it. This process can take all day but it does a thorough test on the memory.
