MY PC CRASHED YESTERDAY FROM A VIRUS/WORM HACK THAT LOCKED ME COMPLETELY OUT OF MY PC, IT CHANGED MY LOG-IN PASSWORD AND SCREWED UP THE WHOLE THING. I HAVE DONE A REINSTALL OF XP NOW 3 TIMES IN MY LIFE OVER THE LAST 6 YEARS BUT YOU MADE IT EASY. THEN I HAD ANOTHER MEMBER HELP ME WITH SETTING THINGS UP ONCE I GOT XP INSTALLED AND INTERNET UP. I WAS SO GLAD WHEN YOU CALLED BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I SHOULD OR NEEDED TO DO WHEN I CALLED RUGGER FOR IDEAS. THATS WHY WE ARE A FAMILY BECAUSE WE ALL WORK TOGETHER WHEN IT'S IMPORTANT..
