If you can't get some stupid twat to put out his cigarette around normal petrol in the garage these days (I had one the other day filling up with a lit cigar in his hand), imagine what it would be like around hydrogen. He/she could blow up half a city block just by doing the single most stupid thing you can do while filling up - getting in and out of your car (static electricity from your bum on the seat).
