I do think your light grid texture should be deleted and then make a small one about 2 person high and covering the road. Use onlt 2 reflection probes. For what you have there 1 would be alright. I have to talk about textures and light grids but besides that nice start. one last thing. delete your sky box make a new one using the size 8 grid .IF you have time do that and replace teh one in drop box and I'll catch you in the am.
