Did u try to reinstall your COD4? Don´t forget to save your config´s and mpdata and save also for the Mods g13ftag and ximw and where ever u play, the mpdata. We cannot do anything about punkbuster bans. Follow the link above to see the ban, and appeal it if you wish, but you would also be wasting your time with them.
