I go to the device manager and click on sound and it shows it having a full capability of sound, yet not sound. I do the test and it works very well. Any other suggestions I might try? Awards

If that seems all well and good the top one looks like it says ready witch means it may be trying to use the hdmi cable. if you just have regular analog speakers plugged into the green port you can disable any listed digital devices and see if that makes any difference. the driver would be the first thing i would check though Johnny3Time 1 Awards

Windows 10 movies and tv media player only supports limited file types and won't play sound in a lot of video. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html If VLC doesn't play it, it's probably a corrupt file.
