thanks for all the good words. the last 4 days where really hard, it was really hard to sleep or focus on anything thats why i ditnt played cod the last days. now on the 5th day it was much easier. my girlsfriends father smoked one right next to me and i ditnt wanted to smoke one. also a big thanks goes out to my gf who quit smoking with me. she is doing pretty well, much better than me. she dont had any big problems so far. its hard but with the power of the unidet idiots i will make it. thanks to all of u! luv ya all

a few of u may know that i got diabetes and because of that my doc said i better shuold quit smoking because when i get injured it makes it even worse than it is with the diabetes only. so i started and smoked my last cig at friday 09/14. this is now my third day without cigaretts and i have to say its really hard. i cant really focus on anything even slepping is hard, but i wont give up. thats what u got for smoking 10 years. better u never start with such poo. wish me luck

defragmentation helps alot too, if it is really such an old setup than the hdd is mor than ultrafraggmented. if u do a defrag u need at least 15% free space on ur hdd it needs the space for sorting all the stuff.
