chile u speak of a good player adapts to what he is provided with. True but we are trying to make the best mod possible, surely that would need the best weapons possible. The old steyr was the best gun but other guns were a lot closer in NY beta than in old chicago so didnt really need to be changed. it could be changed but now the new model's look and sound just doesn't fit with the rest of the mod. one of the attractions of the mod to members and non-members was an auto-g3. Feels like we've taken a step back tbh. And with the loss of the ACR (dont know why) and the famas that's 3 good guns lost so the mod is less enjoyable. fact. having the famas from the old original mw2 mod would be good imo. i know it takes too much screen space but it was a good gun that suited the mod and could be taken, got nothing to replace it. We should have ACR, AK, M4, Steyr, Scar, Famas and a single shot, new 1 or old FN FAL 1. sound of new mp5 model doesn't fit mod, keep old one. I also personally don't think any of the new sniper models are necessary. The wa1200 feels odd as u r physically thrown back when u shoot. best sniper is old 50cal model imo and we still have it. keep other old ones too. would lose silencer possibilty but silencers suck, lose range and accuracy to something that's difficult enuff. ppl prob use xbow anyway now to snipe. No sway could be an option for sniper rifles, would just mean chile and i would be even more dangerous with them so watch out I probably shouldn't type this but i personally am disappointed to the length of time this mod has taken to make due to the lack of input from some game admins. i know urself chile, cobra, storm and some others have provided input and not too many members have but there are many game admins who play mod and have said nothing in these forums. I know game admins do a lot, but still, isn't it a duty or a responsibility of a game admin to improve gameplay?

sniper rifles r fine, keep sway. just ppl used to promod. sniper rifles r good, dont change em. got 19-1 first time out with 50 cal. it is the first blood message. only see a 3rd of it and it stays whole round rather than say 10 seconds. u mentioned earlier ACR unbalanced. i was unaware of this. no one in-game has any issue with it. there is also no replacement for it currently in mod. u said 3 shot is standard but first weapon available is AK smoke is personal preference, don't mind car's fine pls bring back old sound for steyr and mp5 if u can, they just sound wrong. Spas shotgun regarding bringing back old shotgun or double barrel cos reload effect too long? Ty for ur time

played new mod, quite like it. I think this is the end stage of this modding. What's the full list of changes? new steyr is actually ok. not as good as old steyr but killed quite easily across highrise map so range and power ok imo. does seem to shoot a bit more side to side when running. If u say the only difference is just the model then fair enuff. gun feels a bit wierd tho. prefer old steyr model.dont like the sound new one makes when someone else is shooting it. bullet hole on screen when u get shot is ok. cant use streak in mid air is quite interesting, fine with that old crossbow back is good. how do the weapons get booby-trapped? u mentioned acr being replaced by a 3-shot, didnt see a 3-shot in weapon selection. after getting the last kill on a round, at the start of the next round the name of the player i killed appears top right of my screen for some reason but only the first third of theit name. can u shoot the cars in this 1 instead of needing eavesdrop? if its easy to shoot car maybe reduce noise it makes so harder to figure out where it is? we got airstrike artillery n massive guns firing but evry1 can hear a remote car. can we have green smoke instead of purple/pink ( i like green:) consistent with poison gas colour, like purple the loud timer on semtex nade quite annoying, maybe just 1 noise when it sticks to something? increased starting ammo on bolt sniper rifles, wa1200 u get 100 with that 1 and only 15-20 with bolt Spas-12 pump action pls u 'ave to get rid of reload action, takes far too long. looks good plays crap, original winc'ester or double barrel pls Pls keep final mod version on new york server, improves all european players ping greater than diminishes some americans. our new york beta server is far superior to previous ones imo, ur work is very much appreciated at creating one of the best mods on of the best shooting games, much props much love

AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH In other news: my game keeps crashing 1-2 mins into game with an error report that reads iw3mp.exe error APPCRASH with fault module name pbcl.dll This lead me to believe it is a PB issue so i have run pbsetup with pbsvc several times with no success. Someone suggested i delete my PB folders first then try again. I have done so with no success Having checked my windows/system32 folder it appears i do not have a pbcl.dll however i do have a punkbuster folder in my appdata/local folder and pb folders in all my games WTF is going on? for the love of all that is holy pls someone save me. Agree with cavey, im not a BF3 player yet but when no XI cod4 servers are busy i sometimes play a HC, no camp (5seconds max), friendly fire on server with a tk=sorry enforced policy by admins and members. u can still snipe camp as well as tk= u die too. camp too long or no apology=kick dunno how the camp thing would affect support classes but for cod4 works good. Recommend this to ease ur troubles

way to hi-jack post idiots sounds like a good idea. i would be up for participating but im european time zone so later on in the project. will also see how our ladders system works out. the xiladders web is being worked on by cavey and would offer all teams an easy place to check and challenge. im sure evry1s welcome to check it out too. hope something good can be done of this work and there is enough interest.

we struggle as it is with trnys being organised. 1 game a week generally on a sunday with time issues between american and european players. league would be a prolonged version of that. not sure how many ppl could commit, how many would drop out if they are getting continually humped. would prob need a server dedicated to it too. i would be interested tho. cavey had an xi ladders website for such a league with teams challenging each other, moving up n down the ladder, even 1 on 1's but never really took off.
