Game writers are looking at bottom line it is a business. With PC's there are so many variables they have to build into the game itself from what procs are used vid cards mem and so on which slows production now if they only have to build there software around one platform (xbox PS3)

This whole issue is about money. Its easier to develop this way and it will help them with piracy and now you will have to have steam back on your system if you buy this game. Me personally will not be buying this game.

I never do an upgrade. Allways do a fresh clean install why inherit problems. I find out half the shit i have installed i dont use anyways.

there is 2 modes 32 and 64 inside the 64 bit system everything should work. I would say anything that gave me more ram do it can never have enough ram.
