    I had a talk with Daffy this afternoon on TS3 about this, and It's not a problem just for him as he said others were in the same boat. He said that it starts to download the file then just stops and gives him the error. It happens as soon as the file download starts. He tried to get in again this afternoon and still could not. Window

    I am using Windows 7 and had to remove several files as well. But up until now I have not had the same problem that General sykes and others are having. All I had to do is remove the files and it was ok for me.
