has nothing to do with the traffic or existing website. It's a name.
The issue is, if there's an existing business, there could be a copyright issue and you could be taken to court. You might wanna do a search on the name and see who's out there that might want to use it. But I'd talk to a copyright lawyer and in this case, international copyright. There are clearing houses that will sell the name for you or buy it from you, but if you wanna make big bucks, then you have to find the business or businesses that would benefit from owning it. There's no one way to sell a name. Why do you think it's valuable? And who do you think might need it? Many larger corporations have proven that they owned an existing copyright to a particular name or domain and they won in court - e.g. coke.com. The days of quickly picking up a very popular name are gone. So...diversefishing.com. I could imagine bait and tackle companies being interested, but it's not really unique. Offhand, I don't see a big market for that unless there's a company CALLED Diverse Fishing.
A simple Google search returns this: http://us.canada.travel/fishing/canadas-diverse-fishing
I ain't gettin' anything interesting like a company that deals with, reports on, or supports 'diverse fishing.' So I'm not seeing a market to sell the name.
