Posting stuff like this on the public forum is just asking for trouble coming your way. Take into consideration the number of members we have, players, servers and the small team that works hard on a daily basis to make sure the servers run clean and fun for everyone - we think of the many, just not the one. Ban appeals get discussed through the team of admins and we have to come to a decision together and sadly this was the choice that was made. To approach one of the admins through PM to harass I find very immature and won't be tolerated. Hopefully you can find somewhere else to play, I hear the OUTLAW server is very busy still, good players on there. Almost all of us have been on CoD2 since the year it came out, this community has been. We've put countless hours into the game not just as players but as part of the admin team so yea, I think we know what we're doing. With the attitude you have towards this whole situation then I won't be surprised to see any other appeals get denied if this happens on other servers.

I have played with and against him a few times, not really noticed much to be honest, some trash talk but wasn't paying enough attention to him

It just slightly annoyed me he kept stirring the pot and saying he won't appeal for it and all that. If you aren't going to appeal, don't stir the pot and cause more drama. But we're >XI< we love drama!

What you say outside of XI is up to you. You can say whatever you want outside, there is no "no racist remarks" rule for the real world. Unfortunately it's different here. We have rules for a reason buddy, it's to keep everyone happy and keep things civil. Games are supposed to be to chill out and have fun, not flinging shit

Just gonna bump this up! Also to remind people that this is only a test of sorts and let us know of any issues you have with the server before we choose to have the actual event. This allows loader and I to iron out any other kinks and get this server how you guys want it! See you guys tonight!
