Watched the vid, very difficult to see if a hack was in use however will note that he did seem to have a canny ability to know where to look. Near the end, he did take a player out who was hiding behind a motorcycle with a pistol. He ran all the way down to that end and stopped in the road and looked right to him. Don't play much on the sniper sever but from a spectate view, that seemed off.

If it did not open, then you may not have the map in your usermaps folder. Even though it's a vid, you must still have the map.
