    CplMOFO Merlin007, although Tigerdirect MIGHT have a deal once in a while, I don't recommend anybody to buy there...usually their prices are out to lunch... Chen, NCIXUS.com,Microcenter, Newegg.com, in the USA... You can use PRICEGRABBER to find the best price for your parts... Please give us a "ballpark figure" of how much you're willing to spend... A X4 965 or even a 6-core 1055T can be found for cheap Agreed Mofo. Tiger is not always the best, have to catch them at the right time. Newegg is also a good choice and I do like CanadaComputers.com as well.

    Hey there Chief. Have not had much issue like that when I installed my new card but try leaving monitor plugged into onboard video, install the new card and drivers and check the Device Manager to make sure windows is not flagging it (with an exclamation mark) for any issues.

    Hey Chile. Get Windows 7. LOL just messin ya. Do you have a utility that can monitor CPU and GPU temperatures? If you have an overheating problem, the system will shut down to protect itself. Try removing the case side panel and play and see if extra ventilation helps.

    I hear ya ChenChen. Expensive pieces don't work for me either. Check out TigerDirect as well. Sometimes they have decent board & CPU combo's for not too bad of a price. Won't be high end of course but plenty suitable for gaming on a tight budget. When you do shop around, just keep in mind when comparing hardware such as the mobo and ask yourself, 'Do I just want something better than what I have now?' or 'Do I want something better than what I have now with some room for upgrade later?'. Happy shopping.

    I've only ever been accused of hacking a couple of times. I really don't pay attention to it. The person just upset because he getting killed a lot. Hell, I get frustrated a bit when getting my ass handed to me on an off day. It's just part of the game. So I've never had an issue if someone says "spec him" cause I know I am legit.

    I started to play here on the CoD5 freeze tag server with a few friends that I have been gaming with now for the last decade. The game type I grew to enjoy playing as it is a good team game but more importantly, the people here on XI are a good bunch, friendly, and easy going (most of the time). It is always enjoyable to be able to come out and chat it up while playing the game or just chat in general on the forums. Just good ole gaming fun and straight up shoot the shit. Cheers Everyone.
