I use a 34" curved ultra wide, 3440 x 1440 144Hz, 1ms. Great for gaming although new games would benefit more I think than the older COD games but enjoy it in any case. For the distance I sit from my monitor, I don't think I'd want to go bigger otherwise I think the viewing angle would be too much.

If still a blank screen after trying the above, plug your monitor into the onboard dvi or hdmi, not the card, this will then use the standard video drivers. leave the card in, then proceed to try and install the drivers for the card.

Is your monitor connection to your PC the same? ie. HDMI, displayport, etc? Your going from AMD GPU to Nvidia... Did you uninstall the AMD drivers and then install the latest Nvidia drivers?

Thanks everyone. Was a rough day yesterday, they are family, and no matter how many times you go through this, it doesn't get any easier.

It is with a very heavy heart to say, that early this morning, my wife and I lost our boy Baxter, he would have been 13 in September. His health took a turn last night and was up with him 2-3am this morning but sadly did not make it through the night. He was a rescue, so we'll cherish the times and years he was with us and in knowing that he had good home and a loving family. He is and will be deeply missed, he was quite the character. Rest in Peace buddy.

Strange, same as the rest. I just ran it and it seems to work fine. be sure to extract the exe from the zip/rar/7zp whichever utility you are using and it should run. Try it again and see how it goes. if you get another error, take a screen shot of the message.

Once the game is installed and all the patches, start the game. Then Select... Then... Then...

Dean, If you can't get autorun enabled, don't fret, you don't necessarily have to enable auto-run as once the game is installed, you don't need to load the disc again to play multiplayer (ie. online). Only need the disc to play single player. Load the disc into the drive. Open, windows explorer and along the left side, you should see a list of your drives on your PC and the cd drive will show as the game. Click on the game drive and should open the CD to show contents. You can then go and double click the 'setup.exe' file. This will launch the installer. Just follow the prompts from there. After which, don't forget to install the patches in order. COD4 can be done in the same manner. Good luck.
