If you drew it out with the amount of people in each level with level one at the bottom and work your way up, it will literally make a pyramid. This is the definition of a pyramid scheme... just bought some of this to enjoy tonight, I am expecting good things!

Actually I only bought it to reduce eye fatigue by being flicker free while also pushing out 120hz, plus the insane color contrast and true black, which really helps if your a video/image editor. Also I believe light boost does the opposite oddjob, light-boost is basically a strobed backlight that actually increases the flicker of a monitor, which would probably murder my eyes, but for those that don't have eye fatigue problems, it will help with avoiding motion blur. Also, I bought it for $400, 600 is crazy talk.

There is a reason its called Hardcore SOB, because it HARDER in many ways but especially harder to learn. So when a guy comes into the bf4 forums and complains about having trouble in the game and not understanding it and claiming that he has only ever played Hardcore, the most common reaction is "maybe try a more forgiving mode" aka normal. Now if someone came into the forum and complained that they get the drop on people all the time and love to snipe, but have trouble finishing off their target, and we found out he only ever plays normal, I bet all of us would recommend that he try out Hardcore. The only reason this topic became a shit-fest is because you decided to go on a anti-normal mode crusade, because apparently, to you there is only one true way to play this game... Hell your only real advice to djmot was to stick with it while you back your claim up multiple times by saying you get your ass kicked regularly. He started this post for advice on how to improve in order to not get his ass kicked. We just offered suggestion on things that may help him, nothing more.

We were trying to keep the HC vs Normal debate out of it. Sadly some people (sonova) just love to bring it right back up even if the prior comments have very little to do with the game mode and more to do with certain features. Also I wouldn't underestimate the PKP Brothers, when they are both on the same team, amazing things happen.

make sure you use only DVI-D, or display port on that new monitor.

The havok the PKP Brothers would wreak on the HC server would be immeasurable. There would be absolutely nothing left, dead sobs everywhere!

Contrary to popular belief, DMR's, Carbines, and Shotguns are not class locked and therefore must be unlocked through an achievement, usually playing with a certain class long enough. I believe it is DMR- use sniper rifles carbine- engineer class shotguns- support class Also I never said it was easier to kill someone in normal, in fact it is harder, which also means he should live slightly longer. normal does in fact help with learning your weapons base spread, bullet speed, and range with the help of hit markers. Without hit markers I would never know how far I need to lead with each weapon or how long I can go full auto without destroying my accuracy through bullet spread, or whether I can effectively hip fire with a certain weapon at a certain range, or even determine what a weapons effective range is through bullet drop and spread. To summarize without hit markers I would never have learned how to consistently get 20+% accuracy with an m240b. Once you learn the gun you can go into any server and be accurate with it, hit markers or not. I am not really arguing HC vs normal, instead I am arguing hit markers and 3dspotting to learn vs no hit markers and 3dspotting.

I played with him some yesterday and it seemed to me he was having trouble hitting moving targets. Hit markers and 3d spotting will definitely help him with that, since every gun has a different bullet velocity, you need to learn how far you should lead with each.

I suggest playing on normal at least until you feel good with how the guns handle and for the extra life, hit markers, and 3d spotting. Jumping strait to Hardcore is only going to slow your development.

Are you playing Normal mode or Hardcore in bf4 DJ? it might be something simple like playing the wrong mode. How many bullets does it take to kill in COD5?
