What are you using as a auto reboot? You have to have a program or setup a task schedule to do so unless a windows update kind of thing. So you need to provide more information. If you want to set a time for your PC to reboot you can do so with what I told you above. Setup a task that shuts down the PC. C:\ Shutdown and switches for force it /f and a restart /r to shut down it would be /s instead of /r.
