Right. Solar power heats the water in the oceans causing it to evaporate and fall on other parts of the Earth, often in locations with a height difference. The water then flows downhill which we put a turbine in between and get electricity. It all started from solar radiation though. -

I have nothing against solar power, but nuclear power is what we should be investing more time and money into. -

I'm not sure what exactly it is you're saying, but it is simply a fact of life: energy can neither be created nor destroyed. All that can be done is convert energy from one form to another and that is never going to be 100% efficient. Even if perfect efficiency was possible, you still wouldn't be gaining energy, just not losing it. Regarding Tesla's supposed static electricity car, that too is BS: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikola_Tesla_electric_car_hoax -

This is snake oil, in case it wasn't already obvious. You would actually be wasting more energy because now you're using it to separate the hydrogen from the oxygen, and putting the two back together (combustion) is never going to give you as much energy as it took to separate them (entropy and all that). -

P!nk does an excellent cover of Janis Joplin, even the bit of raspiness when she hits certain notes. I think Joplin has an extraordinary passion that sets her apart, though.

Is there a guitarist better than Yngwie Malmsteen? No. No, there isn't.
