Definition of "Hate Crime"
In crime and law, hate crimes (also known as bias-motivated crimes) occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her perceived membership in a certain social group, usually defined by racial group, religion, sexual orientation, disability, class, ethnicity, nationality, age, sex, gender identity, social status or political affiliation.
So you all decide. I simply saw a person with anger control issues lose it and show her complete lack of control and sportsmanship. She should be arrested for assault at the very least and definitely banned from any sports activities wherever she is.
There needs to be consequences to actions like this. Unfortunately there aren't always which sends the message that it's ok to do it, and it isn't.!!!!
