yea water coolers usually take 2 spots...pump and fans so make sure the motherboard you choose has 4 or 5 fan headers. I am not sure if you can run a gpu cooler off of a hub dual water would be a beast for sure

I did a few mini-itx cube builds nothing like that case though. the 2nd biggest problem besides space was the lack of fan headers on the motherboard for cooling. I used a corsair cpu water cooler and had to get a hub for the case fans. they are pretty cheap online about 10 to 20 us dollars each. the "Y" cables do not work on the fans don't waste you money on them Note: I wonder what kind of pci adapter they are using to relocate the graphics card up top on that thing...make sure it can handle pci ver 3.0 to be safe before buying that case it seems they got a ribbon cable connecting it they got a decent review (well at least on 6-2015 when the video was made ) your case is about 4 mins in https://youtu.be/aOxDJR9YxKc
