These people are dead. They rushed the launch after having many delays prior to launch. There would be absolutely no reason to give any of these people a double life. Allan McDonald, a skilled engineer and executive, the director of the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Motor Project for the engineering contractor Morton Thiokol, was concerned that below-freezing temperatures might impact the integrity of the solid rockets' O-rings. NASA had no test data indicating the O-ring would survive a launch in such low temperatures, and that a series of giant failures at the management level led NASA to go ahead with the launch on a rushed schedule despite a slew of warning signs. If anything the only conspiracy theory here is that NASA regardless of all the warning signs launched the challenger anyway knowing it could possibly be catastrophic. This theory would be true.

Were all the problems fixed in B3 and B4 by release? HELL NO! It took them years to fix both games and B3 is still a pile of shit today. B4 on the other hand they managed to fix, but it took them years to fix it. B2 was a solid release and one of EAs only solid releases.

Actually you can judge a game that EA claims is in beta but is actually the finished product. (Finished product for EA's release date) How much can EA really change in about a month and a half? The game is the finished product FOR RELEASE. EA has a history of releasing their games still in beta phase. EA doesn't have a finished product until 1 to 2 years after its release.

It has also been proven with the GTX 1080 and RX 480 on PCI-E 2.0 and 3.0 that there is no performance hit. You can get any GPU you want. You don't need a everything upgrade. Keep it simple, GPU and PSU upgrades are needed for your system. You will need to upgrade your power supply if it is under 600W.

The PCI Express 3.0 cards are backward compatible, will work fine on PCI Express 2.0/1.1 slots, with negligible performance difference. So no need to worry about that.
