These people are dead. They rushed the launch after having many delays prior to launch. There would be absolutely no reason to give any of these people a double life.

NASA had no test data indicating the O-ring would survive a launch in such low temperatures, and that a series of giant failures at the management level led NASA to go ahead with the launch on a rushed schedule despite a slew of warning signs.
If anything the only conspiracy theory here is that NASA regardless of all the warning signs launched the challenger anyway knowing it could possibly be catastrophic. This theory would be true.
