  1. The Dirty Birds look scary but they the Packers are scarier if they pass Dallas ...
  2. Back in the day we didn't have NetFix or the InterWeb or Smart-Ass Phones to let me know what direction was North when it was a clear day ... We also didn't have so many crazy young people talking to themselves while walking alone ... Back in the day ... when we wanted to play football, baseball or hockey we didn't whip out our PlayStation consoles but actually went to the park to play ... I'll challenge any of them young whipper-snappers ... to a game of Shuffleboard ... C'MON !!!!
  3. I never seem to have a problem with pant sizes ...
  4. Usually I'm always trying to remove you from Internet Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla and now, definitely, from action in FreezeTag ... Welcome !
  5. Hope you feel better Dukoo ... and get well soon !
  6. No wonder you're so good iBoomBoom ... I only have 8 buttons on my gamepad ...
  7. Just thought of another perk: You could have a player load his weapon with lead paint. Your bunny-hopping target would not be killed but his ability to hop would be seriously hampered since the lead paint would add mass therefore increasing his gravitational pull rendering his "hoppiness" useless ... even tiring him out. The paint would wear off after some time and he\she could return to his bunny-hopping addiction ... if he survives his temporary grounding ... At least this could be a possible counter to the bunny-hopping strategy ...
  8. Thought of another perk: For those that are distressed about bunny hopping. I propose that a player's gun would only be able to shoot when he's at the top of his jump (apex) ... He wouldn't be able to shoot while going up or coming down ... There would only be a small window in which he'd be able to shoot his weapon ... This would seriously diminish a player's propensity to jump ...
  9. Well I guess it'll be Steelers vs Cowboys ...
  10. This gives me an idea for another post ... like the song ... very cool ... IceQueen ...
  11. This probably wouldn't be classified as a Perk but rather a MOD: Replace the face of your COD4 character to anything you want ...
  12. I'd first determine how much you are willing to spend in total for a system and go in the order that hxtr pointed out. If want to go budget, I would not go for the latest and greatest (2nd generation or next in line would be sufficient for the next 5 years). I might put motherboard ahead of CPU and get one that can support future CPUs, latest socket type. Latest CPUs tend to be priced pretty high so I wouldn't go all out on CPU until the price is manageable. On the motherboard, I'd pay attention to PCI-E lanes (how many and what type). On hard drives, don't bother with anyting other than solid state drives. Since you're a gamer I imagine your priority would probably be to get the latest video card which could run up to $500 but you can get a formidable one for $250. I would always get 2nd generation since prices always come down when newer stuff comes out which is practically every 4-5 months. If you already have a case make sure you get a power supply that can handle the power drawn by your card and SSDs. You can construct a decent system that'll last you awhile for $700. Good luck and happy shopping !
  13. That must have been some game. I'm gonna look around to see if I can get some rogue copy to watch it ...
  14. Perhaps E-Bay or Newegg will give me one for free ...
  15. If you had the ability to add a perk to XI COD4 FreezeTag, whether it be possible or impossible, what would you like to add to the current game ... 1. I would like the frozen players to be able to roam around the map and coach players still playing (after regular time period). I think it allows them to feel part of the game and have some impact. It's not a total turn-off the way it is now, but once in awhile I would like to not have to wait for the next round. 2. If a player likes to jump a lot I would have one of those jumps be in slow-motion so he/she wouldn't be so apt to jump as much. The slow-mo jumps would be randomized and sometimes the jumper would get away with jumping without entering slow-mo (like anti-gravity) ... The jumper would never know when slow-mo would kick in ... and naturally it would decrease his propensity to jump ... 3. While frozen, I've always wanted to stick my foot out and trip an opposing player who's come too close. Don't want to feel like I'm in Grand Central Station during rush hour with undesirables brushing me as they make their way to wherever they're going ... With this perk they'd think twice about running near me if they're in a real hurry ... 4. If you're laying prone and an enemy approaches you ... you should be able to knife his\her leg without killing him\her. He\she would wind up with an amputated lower leg (from the kneecap down) and would have to hop along for the rest of the round .... TRY JUMPING NOW !!! Let me know what imagined perks you would have incorporated ... I'm sure they would be very entertaining ...
  16. If anyone is looking to get rid of their RX 480 I'm willing to consider. Thanks
  17. Hello X-Idiots, Would like to know what your predictions are for Super Bowl LI. I myself, am a Steeler fan and I'll be waving my Terrible Towel all the way to Houston where my team will defeat the NY Giants 34-27. The evil Lord Belichick will be cast off into the offseason after the AFC Title Game with his warlord Brady who will be wailing and seeking consolation by throwing himself into Giselle's lap while crying an endless river of hopelessness and despair ... 18. Once upon a time in America, there were two football teams, the Redskins and the Patriots. They occupied the same football field but each played and practiced on different days and never had joint practices. Neither team liked the fact that their field was being shared. Each thought the field should be exclusively theirs and the other should find or make a field elsewhere. One day, a Patriots coach happened to spot a Redskins assistant leaving the field and told him that the Patriots would like to challenge the Redskins for exclusive rights to the football field. The assistant went and told his coach and they agreed to have a game arranged in late November. Prior to the game, both players and coaches from each team were very anxious since a loss would mean they'd have to leave and find another field to call their own. The game fell on a Thursday in the last week of November. It was snowing, windy and freezing but the Patriots coach was prepared for the inclement weather by wearing his lucky hoodie. The Redskins having been used to the change in seasons just added more layers of skins and fur for protection. These proved to be the deciding factors in the Redskins unquestionable victory. The result of the game was a blowout in favor of the Redskins. The Redskins ground game totally dominated the Patriots "Militia" defense and the Patriots fiery aerial assault was blown away by the blustering winds with Colonel Brady being virtually decapitated by the Redskins "Tomahawk" defense. Alas, the score was not even close to mention. The Patriots retreated and proceeded to begin vacating the premises. Before they left, the Redskins coach, however, seeing how viciously they'd pummeled their opponent, felt remorse and invited them to share a meal and thank them for the game. Unlike his players, Coach Belichick of the Patriots chose to pass on the gracious gesture and declined himself from attending what was later to be known as, "The First Thanksgiving" dinner, later remarking that "he was never any good at dinner talk".
  19. I remember watching Grease as a kid. I was in love with Olivia Newton-John. She was hot. I've always been a decade or two behind in music. As a kid, I loved the "The Beatles" even though they had already split up and were history. In the 80's, I liked Elton John although his best decade was the 70's. In the 90's, I followed "The Police" even though they were past their prime. Later it was, "U2" ... and then "El Grupo Niche". Since then ... their haven't been many artists that have caught my attention. I'm starting to like the 80's music now ... I think I'm in a major time warp ...
  20. After a long day at work I like to sit and relax and take abuse from someone other than my boss. It makes me feel useful and productive. I'd like to thank the XtremeIdiots clan for that opportunity and feel that placing a few bullets inside someone's head satisfies that incessant need I have to see blood let. No, I am not your local postman, I am worse. I work for Mr.Burns.
