I appreciate that! Three perks that let me play this way are: Armor Piercing: Basically a combination of Stopping Power and Deep Impact from the base cod4. It turns the .44 Mag (or Desert Eagle) into a 1 shot kill at any range (the Stopping Power perk in our mod doesn't even do that). It also allows my shotgun pellets to kill a Second Chance (Last Stand) user in one shot. Dead Silence: People like me use sound to have an advantage, especially to hear footsteps. I played competitive Search and Destroy for years. You move around much quieter. Stealth: In my opinion, the best perk in the mod. You don't trip Claymores or Bouncing Betties. You are not targeted by aerial killstreaks. You don't get shot by sentry guns or helicopters unless you shoot an unsilenced weapon. And you stay off UAV. These perks allow me to move freely through the map and can keep you alive longer. Worth a try!

Need to work on the OBS Studio microphone sensitivity (to not hear myself breathe and type on my mechanical keyboard) or figure out push to talk but I'd like to be able to include my callouts in the future. I didn't have much to say until the end here.

bdtrim2.mp4 First I had resolution problems with cod4. Now OBS Studio.

Cod4x did mess it up but I finally found where the Cod4x config files were hidden and replaced my players folder with what I had for 1.7 and it works now. Cod4x must have been trying to use a different resolution. It was weird because my laptop could run but not my external monitor.

I'm not sure what happened but I uninstalled and then what worked was changing "seta r_mode" to my recommended resolution in config.cfg and config_mp.cfg. I'm on 1.7 at the moment but will eventually see if Cod4x corrupts it. I had Cod4x before I went on vacation.

I was away for two weeks. I saw the IP address for the WIP Freezetag mod, so I went to save it as a favorite. Upon launching Call of Duty 4, I would either see a black screen with music or a flickering screen with music. I updated my Nvidia drivers today after seeing this. I tried to read online what could fix this. I disabled Steam Overlay which did not help. Then, I was able to navigate the flickering screen to change Anti Aliasing from 4x to Off. That stopped the flickering but gave me a frozen screen in game. I can't always kill the game either with Task Manager so I have to restart my laptop. Any idea what is happening or how to fix it?

I think it was either 60 or 90 seconds. Bars ranged from 220 to 300 kg, each 20 kg more than the previous. I knew I wouldn't finish them but took my time to hit a PR.

@SharpeThe deadlift picture was 240 kg. New PR. Next in the ladder was 260 kg. I almost got it to my knees.

I gave up on the newer cod games after I had to update my firmware to play Black Ops 6 after already owning it for a year.

This has been a problem in the old server but the upper shotgun class has a issue when you put the Grip on either shotgun and change your Perk 1, eventually (shortly) the perk will revert back to Stopping Power. I try to change to Armor Piercing and notice the switch back when I get hitmarkers on enemies with body armor. This is not a problem with the lower shotgun class which is why I haven't complained sooner.

One good round tonight. Haven't figured out how to get my mic to work with OBS Studio.

I used to use the Assault Rifle AUG in the old mod with Double Tap (and a silencer), so I like this gun, especially for hipfiring. Hacker is great for awareness. I got Gambler naturally which is fitting. Can't go wrong with a .44 Mag or M32. Stun Grenades can kill people in Last Stand in the regular cod4. Haven't had a scenario against Second Chance users yet. You might be able to detonate a claymore too. Using a stun grenade to throw into buildings that have Betties or Clays can help you flush people out with your grenade or grenade launcher. Stuns can also be used for direct impact kills.

Someone recently had said that Cod4x was standard but at the time I was using an iw3mp.exe that was for 1.7, not Cod4x. @YACCsterare you playing on 1.7 for Mac and can't connect to the new server? I'm trying to understand if you can substitute an iw3mp.exe or if Cod4x is more than that.

I joined the MW2 server and went to spectator today and after a few seconds I see this error and then the server crashed. It was on the broadcast2 map. What is this?

Fall on that and you lose all your killstreaks while a server-wide laugh is played.

@pitbullpeteand I have been messing around with ACOG scopes in the MW2 Freezetag server lately. Since I was rudely awakened this morning, I had the time to mess around with a random number generator to generate a class to mess around with. Take it or leave it if you want to have some fun. P90 No attachment P99 Slienced Flashbang Frag Grenade Inventory is M32 MGL x 2 Perk 1 is Double Tap Perk 2 is Dead Silence Perk 3 is Ballistic Armor Killstreak 1 is RC-XD Killstreak 2 is Care Package Killstreak 3 is X-47 Pegasus (AGM) This class isn't so bad.

@iboomboomDid you add idle sway to the .44 Mag or change anything with the weapons? I haven't been following along. I had two narrow angles to defrost tonight and the defrost appeared to be interrupted by idle sway. I also noticed that my grey smoke grenade hid friendly tags which also stopped me from defrosting. Sometimes standing in smoke is a safe way to defrost.
