@TBB Here's what it looks like after cooking down. It's darker than usual for a few reasons 1. Used 2X tomato sauce. 2. Added black beans 3. Fell asleep & left it simmering overnight, causing some of the beans to disintegrate. Happily it stayed in the 155F range, so good to eat.

It's its own pleasure to bring the ingredients together. Handsome, tasty ingredients & a bonus of easy cleanup. Doubling the tomato-based ingredients & reducing the liquid is a nice method to intensify the tasty.
