Yup, cast iron is the best. It can (and does) last forever - my friend just bought a 1950s 10" cast iron pan at an antique shop and the thing is sturdy as ever. Best way to evenly heat anything, and doesn't have any of the freaky chemicals present in Teflon. I had no idea about the natural iron supplements...yet another positive about cast iron LOL

I oughta post a picture of my bike, the red Bianchi frame clashes perfectly with the yellow bartape I added. I just need to attach a honk-honk horn to make it a true clown bike!

Nice, nice...mine's also red, a Bianchi Piaggio, Taiwan-made with a Frankenstein mixture of Shimano and Campagnolo parts. Not sure of the exact year but it's approx mid 80s. They don't make em like they used to!

I use a Steelcase Leap v2 and swear by it. It's an ergonomic powerhouse of a chair: you can adjust just about everything to your liking....arm angle, lumbar position, seat depth etc. Though they are pricey if bought new, the used market for Steelcase chairs is huge. Check Offerup, Craigslist, and used office furniture suppliers in your area...you can get them for $150-$250 easily. Don't skimp on a chair, if you work at home you probably spend hours a day sitting at your desk, and it pays off to spring for higher quality.

Hello all! I'm a1rbud and I play on the COD MW2 freezetag server. I've been playing on-and-off since 2018 so I figured I should make an intro post here. This is a great community, fun mod, and I've really enjoyed my time so far playing with all of you. When I'm not busy defrosting on freezetag, I like skateboarding, cycling (I ride an 80s Italian road bike and blessed with many great bike paths in my city), reading, and watching old movies. Anyway, glad to play here! Looking forward to more fun maps
