Try getting into one of our other servers, Ace mod or ft1. If you can get in, then try looking up your Guid while in game and see if that gives you a different guid. If you can't get into our servers try someone else's and fine your Guid.

I don't know what to tell you, I do not show that your GUID or IP address have ever connected to our servers or been banned from our servers. I've exhausted all my resources, I'm afraid I can not unban you as I don't show that you are banned.

Names can be used by many people, but the same location is just strange. Since this one is not your GUID I am not going to unban it. Like I said before, your GUID does not show up as banned on our servers.

I find it odd that there has been someone paying under that name that you said you have used in the same town. Are you sure about your Guid?

The banned GUID I found for Gengar is in Houston TX, however it is not the same GUID that you listed. That is the only one that I can unban. The GUID you have listed is not located in our database.

I also can not guarantee that my unbanning this GUID will allow you to play since the GUIDs do not match. Please respond that you understand and I will remove the ban.

Question, I can find the name Gengar with a ban on it but it is a different GUID. I find the name polarbear but with again a different GUID. Can you please PM me and let me know where you are located so I can sort this out?
