Yea, I'm not a big fan of Will Ferrell either. I just don't think he's funny. Saw Anchorman, wasn't impressed. There have been very few things he's been in that I liked, one of which was when he did the voice-over work for a show called "The Oblongs". I think he's funniest when he's not trying so hard to be. I've found that most all of his characters are just the same character in different costumes.

For the last 3 weeks, I've been mulling over a decision. Do I or Don't I? It was by no means an easy one to make. But I decided to leave the 83rd Thunderbolt Division and officially make an introduction post here to start the process of becoming an Idiot. A couple of people knew that I was thinking about it, but they in no way influenced my decision. I just find that if I'm not playing DayZ or World of Warcraft, then I'm hanging our with you fuckers on the Freezetag Beta server, getting owned by Google, Angel, Bogleg and the rest of the crew. (Still not liking you Cobra for all the knives...JERK!) I know I made a post in this section quite a while ago, but I couldn't for the life of me find it. I will always consider the folks over at the 83rd my friends and there is no bad blood or personal conflicts the contributed to me leaving, I just felt that my time there had run its course. They're a great bunch of people as most of you who have played with or against them on the Beta server. A little about myself, I'm 42 years old...or will be next Tuesday. I live in St. Louis, MO. I'm an amateur photographer trying to specialize in food photography but I dabble in just about any genre. I'm a part time student taking online courses through the Academy of Art University out in San Fran, CA. I recently changed majors from Fine Arts - Photography to Fine Arts - Web Design and New Media. I'm currently unemployed, but desperately trying to rectify that situation. I've been playing CoD of one incarnation or another since the very beginning and in that time I've only been in two clans, XI will be my third. My first clan broke up as the number of players kept dwindling, in the end there were only 5 of us and decided to close the doors. Took a small break from CoD, but when I came back, the T-Bolts were my next home. As I mentioned, I do play DayZ with Angel on a daily basis as well as getting my nerd on by playing World of Warcraft, although I'm not one of the hardcore WoW-heads, I only have one level 90 and I've been playing off and on since a week after the game launched. That's about all I can think of right now, but please...if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I will answer them to the best of my ability. Well, except for Google. Ohhhh... so it's like the StL Cardinals and the Chi Cubs. The teams hate each other but it's a "friendly" kind of hate. lol

I actually wish I could get more into college ball. I find it easier to follow pro ball because players are with a team longer so if you like someone, they don't disappear after a season or two...unless they get traded to suspended.

Y'all realize that I'm just saying these things to get under Angel's skin. I love to taunt her. LOL

As I said, I can see why I would have got the boot if they were XI members, but no, to my recollection they were not members.

Actually, I think that would be a great way to handle it. If the person's name does not include XI tags then it should default to seeing how long they've been connected. Last in...first out. (waits patiently for the "That's what she said" comeback.) I myself have been redirected after being on the server for 30min or more for an XI member when I know others had been on for a lot less time than that. Hell, I thought that's how it was until the first time I got redirected after being on for a while. Don't get me wrong, I understand it's y'alls server(s) and XI members should come first, but getting kicked in the middle of a map when you've been on longer than someone else gets really annoying.

From all of the 83rd Thunderbolt Division members who've ever played with XI, we extend our sincerest condolences to Manthis, her family and UJ's family, both online and in real life.

Made them this weekend. Put the roast in the slow cooker on Friday night and let it cook for about 18-20 hours. Here's a little tip, if you use Pilsbury thin crust pizza dough from the tube. Roll it out just a little but and cut it into thirds for the larger, meal-sized ones. I cut mine in half and had a lot of extra dough. Also, if you don't want to dip them in mustard after they're done. Try taking the liquid the meat was cooked in and thicken it with a roux or a slurry of cornstartch and water. You might think about using a stronger beer. After cooking it as long as I did mine, you don't get a lot of the beer flavor. Otherwise, the 4 I made are gone and there was still enough meat left for pulled pork sandwiches.
