thanks for help good buddies. no, good idiots...... tried everything and ended up playing CoD4 with NO sound and the mic working?????wtf??? and NOT getting kicked my the iw3mp error, I know, amazing eh? Earphones worked in phone, and kindle hdx, but not on comp. Sonovabich suggested xxxxxx that I buy a usb set, so whilst looking I found an adapter for £2.39 bought it. Two tries and it works perfectly.... Yippee!!!!!!!!

Okay, sittingduc and eidonfire both remote controlled me, my mic works fine, but my earphones play no sound. But they DO play in my kindle and my phone. Could it be where they jack into the pc itself? And why wont they also work in the front panel, why does that not work??

Hi, can anyone help me plz? Have had loads of trouble with headphones ever since my new pc came with win 8 on it. Managed to get it working somehow, not sure what I did, but my mic was hit and miss. Went to play tennis today, came back, left comp on, and earphones will not work. Never have worked in front socket, won't work in back. Taken them out, put in phone, work fine. Replaced in comp, nothing. restarted comp, nada. Mucked about more with settings, ziltch. Swore at comp, nowt. Please Please Please can someone help me. many many many thnks in advance

the best game ever, necromancer blew my 1st comp I built, way too many enemies and my skellies. took a turn for the worse, but I still adore the game, on 2nd copy of lod as I snapped my 1st getting it out of the cheap box it came in

I think its time to put my headless flaming chicken to rest or back in the oven. Anyone of you Sig masters have any ideas? Basically I have really bad hair(ask people who went to the xiuk fest) and do my damnedest to make sure I die in opponents spawn,prolly so I get a wait, maybe I'm just lazy...
