PSocks jump on TS got till friday to chat to get you back running again i'm sure may have wrong bios to your hardware its important to know Rev of MB to get the correct file for that Rev means that different vendor chips used. so if used wrong Rev to MB model is ford engine shoved in a chevy. if true your lucky it boots after flashing bios -

PS (power removed from computer and caps drained by try start after plug out of wall, with no LED's lit on MB) how is your eye sight, mite want to check CPU pin/connectors and RAM slots for bent pins .....use a flashlight and magnifying glass to check. if are need a steady hand and bright room and a safety pin to reset 1 at a time very slow so not to bother other pins with a new unused eraser rub the RAM chip contacts with rubber to clean them. other can be storage device failing (HDD,SSD) question what motherboard and its REVISION that written on MB as Rev.X.xx -
