  1. You do know about securing that sever right ? It's tres cool what you did but always a smarter idea to leave a server to the guy's who accually host them. Whay to much security involved. Just my opion Blu

  8. Is that al there is in the error no number it excede. In you cod2 folders I think in the mod folder in what ever mod you were compiling it in theres ussually an error file. Select everything in it delete and recompile. You should have a new error file to look at. Ussually the compiler tells you which one. But if I was to guess at what it might be you were playing with the terrain patches and 1 they started to come apart so to many are no not touching each other. Or you have exceeded the maximum amount of vertices in a map. But to give an answer (guess) I would need to know a number ussually a square 32,000 or 64,000. If you see that number somewhere I would try making some of the patches detail. Select some patches and right click in the 2d window and click make detail. The same would apply to the xmodels in the game I do remember maxing them out (grass and flower I remember that true? ) select as many as you can and make them detail as well. Seems to make the compiler not count it. I do have a habit of making all my maps big. My other answer would be errors I get no stinking errors
  9. Have you tried removing your soundcard drivers and rebooting. When windows starts up let the windows driver load and use them. LAst if its possible use a usb mic and headphone set and just turn off your sound card.

What ? this is 300 . Every minute you spend trying to tweak you lose playing the game With that card you are already inthe top 5 % if not even higher. A tweak no matter how good will not get you any furthure ahead than a really good pratice round in a server.

  23. here try this 1. Click Start and then open ” RUN ” . 2. Type in the box ” dxdiag ” 3. In the menu that appeared click on the ” Display ” tab. 4. Now in the ” DirectX Features ” section click the ” Test Direct Draw ” and ” Test Direct 3D ” buttons. You’ll be asked if you see some boxes and logos spinning answer with yes or no, after you finish all the tests you’ll see the results, if you had any errors or not.
