How can I when the monitor shuts down ?

Can't start in safe mode as the monitor switches it self off but does work because I've connected it up to my home computer this all started after a windows update the computer fires up but the monitor doesn't that's the problem

Tried a new graphics card same problem so then took all my ram out and put them back in one at a time still the same don't know hao to fix it so could be out for a bit cheers msrkoff
