if all your drivers are updated and your not runnin hot then its the mods.play non modded does it still happen? btw did you build you pc /do you use a sound card or onboard .make sure you have the correct and current sound drivers.incorrect realtek drivers can be the problem if you have onboard -many people get the sound loop crash.... I play on a laptop

I get iw3 about 5 times a night, game just locks up, gotta ctrl alt del to get out. Also, another player told me they get iw3 whenever they try to join a server, and the only way they can get in is thru xfire. Any help would be great.
