I tend to use Admins as a generalization for all who provide services to XI in any capacity. Big Fuck You's to all of you!

To add a salutation to Admins in what I have observed is a trademark XI sarcastic fashion; Fuck All XI Admins

It would be interesting were to log their hours doing actual admin work but not counting in game policing and general forum comments. I think many of us would be amazed at the amount of time invested by Admins in servicing the site to the benefit of members and guests. Might be a nice ego boost to have the title of Admin but you best be ready for the work that comes with it if you do your job right.

Uh-Oh, this is dangerous territory. I have no negative opinions and would not offer them in public forum if I did. I do however give Kudos to the admins I have interacted with to date.

No intention of making millions, just hoping little ones grow into bigger ones. And believe me ALU is high risk and I could lose a lot of what is invested. Today has not been good to me. Basically I just wanted to put my money where my mouth has been and let it be known just how foolish I may be.

For those of you who wish to see how a portion of my monies go I will list my two most recent trades and everyone can see if I am a fool or not. Hopefully it will not be better for me that I kept my mouth shut to save embarrassment. Today: 8/22/2012 10,000 shares of ALU (Alcatel-Lucent, a French Company) at $1.21 per share for a total investment of $12,100.00 Last Monday: 8/20/2012 2,000 shares of CSCO (Cisco Systems) at 18.87 per share for a total investment of $37,740.00. Currently at $19.08 06 + $420.00. ALU is a penny stock at very high risk. I could lose easily but hopefully it goes the other way. This is a true gamble. CSCO is receiving very good reviews and seems to be a sound investment but only time will tell. So now I sit back and watch with fingers crossed. Do understand I have spent much time looking at reviews of each stock. The choice to buy was mine alone. Since I have been talking stocks I just thought would show a couple cards for public consumption, and hopefully not future embarrassment. Sort of putting my money where my mouth is.............or typing fingers in this case. Also if you cannot afford to lose, DO NOT GAMBLE! And do not listen to hearsay and rumor. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! With ALU I know I am gambling but have accepted the risk that comes with it. CSCO I feel is well thought out, we shall see.

I don't have any problem with greed personally. But if someone is a hard worker for you and helps you realize record profits, maybe you ought to share the love a little. That's what the bonuses are for. Of course when companies lose money and accept taxpayer assistance it makes it a little difficult to understand the bonuses still being given. :realmad:

Stock Market is dangerous????? Perhaps a better understanding is needed. There is risk depending on how you invest, there is safety depending on how you invest. Options are unlimited, individual stocks, mutual funds, ETF's, sector investing, bonds, CD's, precious metals, Gold, Silver, health care, real estate, etc. The investment options go on and on. As the investor you need to educate yourself and then determine the level of risk at which you are comfortable. But when all is said and done someone who learns about the market has a much better chance of improving themselves financially than those who don't. And do not listen to stock recommendations on a forum like this. Learn to do your homework yourself or get a broker you trust.

It's all about market timing. I also have most of my monies in mutuals through Vanguard where I am a Flagship client. (Means I do not pay for stock trades.) I have also ventured into ETF's, again with Vanguard. Helps pass the time of day since ETF's ( Exchange Traded Fund) move like stocks during the day as opposed to mutuals that change at market close. And for those like Cavey who don't understand the language it's long past time to learn. As for Hxtr, the market is not just for rich people, it's made for investors who are willing to make an educated guess. You want money when retirement comes along you best play the market even if it is conservatively. Believe me you do not need much to get started, you just need to start. For anyone it is good advice to learn how to invest. You don't make money in a savings account, you make it by wise investing in the market and a responsible savings plan.

Down around 19.00. May be some money to be made here if it has leveled off. On the risky side how about a play on ALU, only 1.19 but an admittedly risky play. Made a few bucks on NOK and bailed. Missed some additional profit there. Also in CSCO at 19.85 which I have hope for. Anyone else invest in the market? So far a good year.

I am impressed. There is more fight in you than I think I would have in myself. Your attitude will go a long way in helping you in such a difficult time.

The unfortunate thing is that these people will only get a slap on the wrist if they even get that. They should be turned over to the kids parents and allow those parents to administer justice. Had it been my kids I assure you I would have found each of them and administered justice in it's most basic form.

Only an opinion but Bunny Hoppers are losers and deserve no gaming respect for skill. Again, only an opinion, I full well recognize that it is allowed. Although I do favor the mods on some servers that restrict the hoppers. I will not however lower myself to their "unskilled" level of play.

In support of Phelps, and this is coming from a conservative old man, I do not see the big deal about Phelps with a bong. If it had been a beer or a mixed drink it would not have even been news. Yet in my opinion alcohol has the potential to be more detrimental than marijuana. It's more an example of the media making news and old school opinions with regard to marijuana. BTW......... Phelps, more Gold in 2016, bong or no bong. Still too good and too young to stay retired.
