I'd rather pick a perk that I want to use and that suits my gun loadout and style of play for a certain map/mood

Gambler will give you a perk from any tier. So you just want 3 random perks? Close your eyes and just click one randomly

For me tier 3 is useless. There is nothing in there that I would normally use

As long as I can use hardwired and hardline like I could yesterday I'm happy. I don't get why the perks keep getting shuffled around. Afaik no one ever has a complaint about perk layouts until 1.46 was rolled out

Gameplay is much better, but the rc sound is horrible, and please put hardwired and hardline on separate tiers. I was just getting used to the perk layout after the last change
