Deactivate v6 and try again. You won't need and miss it. As far as i know, ISPs most ISPs do not assign v6 IPs to their customers. Also most websites / Servers dont support IPv6. It could also help to set a static IPv4 address within your routers IP range.

Again my question: Why? In Smokes case 25% of his Core i5 are IDLE. I see only one reason for consumers to overclock actual hardware, like damage_inc said: its just for bragging rights-oh look mines bigger...blah blah And the overclocking optins are only marketing tricks. IMHO it is no longer necessary...

Update: tired out several names, none worked It seem's that this problem is "new" to WaW and Steam customers (found no one with the retail version). The most of forum posts i found were created in the past weeks. I opened a case at Activion to figure out what's wrong. The first answer (from 1st level support) was, that this has nothing to do with Sandy. She wrote that she will forward my question to resolve the prob asap. (blah blah) So i think this is not a "well known" problem even there are many players with this at the moment.

Oh, and you should ask antoher question: WHY do you need xxx MHz more in idle(!) mode?

short and concise explanations: no! I've never seen my Intel Core2Quad (2,4 GHz) at it's limits in ANY game and that's how it SHOULD be! Overclocking will shorten the lifetime of your hardware dramatically. I'am happy, that my CPU and GPU is not running at it's (factory) limits. This protects my hw (and my moneybag =) )

Hi there I buyed the Blackops 2 Digital Deluxe upgrade (including WaW) via Steam. On Saturday a friend an me wanted to play the campaign in coop but we both got the same error: DW profile create error 800 - 'BD_PROFILE_ALREADY_EXISTS' I created a new one sulcessful, but after restarting the game i got the same result. Does some one of you get this message too? The Steam Forums are full of this message and some people wrote that this is the result of Sandy's "work". As far as i know, the Auth-Servers are still back online? It seems that others are able to play online. Greetings Tec|-|

Sounds like a defective HDD or a defective IDE Controller. Can you try to connect the HDD to another PC (as secondary drive) and check if it is accessible?
