Have a look at your Taskmanager if the Setup has started the installation of DirectX when stuck (you won't need to install this old version). It should appear as "dxsetup.exe" or similiar. Kill this process. I had a similar prob with Resident Evil 5. If you are running Vista or Windows 7 try to run the Setup.exe as Administrator (right click on setup -> "Run as...." Maybe you have to hold down Shift while right clicking.

I did so on Friday, but doesn' work. "Could not connect to remoteserver..." was the error message. I also was unable to open a file location with Firefox. Then I switched to one of my servers and opened the same driectory successfully with Firefox at this time Today it worked. I am confused... When this happes again, i'll take a vid, otherwise no one believes me

A good keyword: Downloader. I downloaded the current rotaion but i had to do this with different IPs. It seems, that i got blocked for HTTP after xx MB of traffic. Is it possible?

Unti Monday 17th Also they have the complete Crysis collection (Crysis, Crysis 2, Crysis Warhead) for ~10$ Red Orchestra Franchise Pack (Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45, Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad - GOTY, Upgrade Red Orchestra 2 Standard to Deluxe) for~5$ and a Red Orchestra 2 Free Weekend. I am thinking about the complete pack. Has anyone played Red Orchestra?

What about a mixed mode server? FFA, TDM CTF, HQ, S&D, etc? Don't know if it is possible, just a question.

You can see, how many people play CTF, Headquaters etc on Modern Warfare 2+3 and Black Ops 2. A few Weeks after release I found not enough games in this mode to join a lobby or if I found one, mostly the lobby gets closed because there are not enough players and and the few others leave for this reason. I think its the same with the XI Gungame Server. I have not seen someone Playing on the Server the last weeks. I would play, but alone?

I'm, sure there is console in Warhead/Wars to use a connect command? I found a way to activate the console by editing game configs, but I am not 100% sure if this would be detected as a cheat. But why should it? It's only a console and IMHO a standard feature for games.

Was thinking about buying the game on Steam for 9,99€ the past days. Glad i didn't Thank You! Edit: Works! Wondering why i had to download the game. Activating the Key on Steam is sufficient.
