We had soldiers collecting at the Sunderland match on Sunday (think most teams had soldiers at their grounds) it was a signals regiment (sorry cannot remember which one) and there was 2 Gurkhas with them, they did a march around the pitch to fantastic applause...we love our soldiers....and especially the Gurkhas.

It was actually Fleldmarshal who first posted about this game, i installed it and never tried it, it was on my desktop for about 3 months then i was a bit bored 1 day and gave it a try and it blew me away so i posted and egged a few others on to try it and really took off (pardon the pun) so i don't mind taking the credit but spare a bit for my fellow Darlingtonian Fleldmarshal too

When you are posting look to the top left of your postbox where all the icons are...twitter emoticons etc, far left there is a little white box that looks like a light switch, if all your options are Greyed out (like the ability to change letter size like you said) click on this little light switch and it should enable all your options.

When this Squadron was started it was decided to let non members join as long as we knew them and i don't see a problem with it, some people i didn't know but Smurfy knew from BF3 and some Smurfy didn't know that i knew from COD4 and some that joined us regularly in TS, i don't see any need to change it, Smurfy has spoken on this twice now, if you don't want a Squadron at all keep on with this and he will disband it altogether, or has already been stated if you are not happy in this Squadron and your sole aim is ranking points then form another one, no hard feelings, it's a game it's supposed to be fun, lets cut this crap out and have fun.

I just want to know how kicking people out will help the Squadron get higher, i don't understand that, surely someone only playing once a week will bring more points in then someone who ain't in the Squadron anymore, it's meant to be fun, that's what it was all about when it was started, the fun disappears when we take it too serious...people need to remember this is Smurfy's Squadron paid for out of his own pocket, anyone wanting to do the same thing and form another one then feel free to do so.

Dean go to menu, click squadrons, then click squadrons again, on the right hand side you should see a search box, type either XI or extremeidiots in planes in the box, find our squadron then just apply and one of us will get you in.

We don't have Admins in War Thunder, it is Smurf's squadron, i am just a commander, we have no powers apart from accepting/denying or kicking people in or out of the Squadron.

Just play when you can and enjoy it , you will get more points by being in the squad then being out of it.

How would that work then Pink, what difference does it make if people don't play much and only get a few points, so we kick them out and don't get any points off them at all, how is kicking them out gonna get us up the rankings.. wtf is going on with this clan lately fuck sake just let people play and have fun....who gives a toss about rankings anyway...oh come on really.

No Spirit do not leave the squad again, just because you won't be around don't mean you have to leave the squad.

Nobody is under any pressure to play, we come here to have fun, nobody will be asked to leave because they don't play enough, it's nice to be high in the rankings but if we drop so what,we have been jumping up and down in the Rankings for months it don't matter, as long as people have fun, that's what we are all about at XI.

Hello my BF4 teammate welcome to the forum...again

Well if you wan't to stop people sending you PM's all the time is there any other way to do it when things change that a lot of members use, maybe sending out a mass PM to all members, dunno if that is feasible, or maybe if you make another post/article on the front page could we possibly have it as a flashing message just to catch peoples eyes, i know i miss a lot of those headline messages because i tend just to look straight in "recent posts" and don't really look at other stuff.

Well when you first removed this option you had not made any statement about it, i asked you to make a post instead of keeping people in the dark all the time, looks like removing the "article" may have been a bit premature.
