Spoke to HXTR last night. He has 10 acres of prime desert real estate - built himself a small cabin on it. The world is safe because he is in the middle of nowhere. The rattle snakes and jack rabbits may have a problem though. Fortunately there is an army base not to distant. Bottom line he's happy and content - something not everyone is - doing what he wants - by himself - God bless!
