But that would pretty much directly violate the whole "equal treatment under the law" concept, now wouldn't it? The very foundation of our most basic civil rights. Obama is an elitist. He looks DOWN at other people, and thinks he is above the rules everyone else has to play by. He lectures US to "eat our peas", while he has imported lobster and Beluga caviar on HIS plate. He tells US to "tighten our belts", while he himself lives an opulent, decadent life above the wealthiest of royalty. He took a multi-million dollar, two-week vacation (at an exclusive 10-star "lifestyles of the rich and famous" luxury resort that we peasants aren't allowed to even look at), to rest up to give a speech on massive unemployment and our spiralling economy/ debt crisis. "Let them eat cake". He lives like a king, yet condescendlingly lectures & blames peasants..... for peasantry. Not only is the boy out of touch..... he ain't on the same contienent. So pardon me if I call him out for being the most glaringly obvious hypocrite, perhaps in all of American history. Not to mention, the worst President.

I too would try to get out of a ticket if I could. Of course the police are not elected officials either which might make some difference. As for the office of the Presidency I may be old fashioned but I would like to think the occupant of that office would refrain on circumventing the law. I just hold the President to a higher standard. I do hate the pardons presidents award at the end of their terms. Of course that's why it's usually done at the end of their term.

We were at a 4th July fireworks deal on Fort Sam Houston Army base. We were stuck in traffic and he starts to pass us by the other direction very slow. We had seen cars drive on the grass and other and I tell the MP trying to joke... "where were you when we needed you" in a joking manor. It was clear this guy did not want to be talked to and tells me to "shut up and get my head in the car!!!!". So i explain it is kind of a joke and say, " no just saying cars were driving all over" and he tells "me to shut up". I start telling my friends do you believe this guy.. they are all telling me to shut up.. this MP is not playing... so i press on, "I dont have to shut up". He pulls me out of the car, hand cuffs me and takes me down to the station. As I was being put in the car.. i told my best friend Brian... call me dad. I'm in the station almost naked... freezing to death. I see my dad outside later in about 2 hours. I see he is pissed... i was like oh man I am in so much trouble. Soon after a MP comes in and all nice like says your free to go. I was still scared and sure i was in trouble but for what was my question. Dad tells me Brian explain it all so I am not in trouble. He tells me as for the MP... he is in big trouble. That MP lost 1 strip because of that... he messed with the wrong millitary brat.... Dad being a retired E-9 then GS15 OSI agent. So it does pay to have people in high places.. especially when you were just trying to be funny and did nothing wrong.
