They probably cropped out the sign next to the arrow that says no left turn between 3 and 7 PM. Still pretty funny if you're from out of town. Awards

The 'no left turn' signs I usually see state the times at bottom of the sign, not a separate sign. Either way, still funny the way this is depicted. Awards
