Customer service is nice, but she was way too loud and way too “customer service oriented”.She always had a sharpie to write customers names on their "hand crafted beverages". But for some mysterious reason she had trouble spelling my name. She would ask and I would say Matt, they she would write it on the cup really slowly spelling it really loud as she wrote: Matt, M.....A.....T.....T, double T right? Yes, thank you MATT your coffee will be ready shortly... Next!! Sometimes I would be the only customer at the store, but she would ask my name regardless and spell it wrong: "Max", “Mark", "Marx" and so on. One morning Starbucks was packed with people. I had to wait forever because everybody had a list and was ordering more than one "complicated" drink. ("Half caf non fat mocha machiatto with extra carmel, extra vanilla, no ice, ice in a cup, whip cream on the side, just a serving size, skim milk to go, and just a sprinkle(winkl) of cinnamon, fat free" ). By the time I got to the counter she grabbed her Sharpie and asked me my name. This time I said "DICK” and her face turned bright bright red. Everybody at Starbucks that heard me was laughing.
