Saw this yesterday and while legally it probably wont go very far it does show that the industry might need to be a bit more proactive in how it handles using real people for purely fictional stories that are not based on historical events. Unless it is an obvious parody, such as a pothead Bush in Harold and Kumar, or something like JFK fighting zombies. The more money you make the more careful you have to be.
